在本作中，玩家将置身于四面八方都是僵尸的神室町，与这些僵尸怪物展开作战。而游戏提供给玩家的除了初始的枪械之外，还可以与之前游戏中曾经登场过的NPC“上山”进行交易，购买各种武器防具，或者进行改造强化。
